Heritage Pantry & Co. is a mother and daughter dream that grew naturally out of everything we love most. Mina brings her culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu, where she studied both cuisine and pastry, along with years of experience working in kitchens across London and New York. Her mother brings two decades of experience in the art world as a gallery owner, with an eye for beauty, creativity, and storytelling.
Together, we decided to blend our worlds. Cooking and art, tradition and modernity, memory and innovation. What started as family recipes and weekend kitchen experiments has turned into a collection of jams, chutneys, pickles and pantry staples inspired by the traditional flavors of the Middle East with a fresh, modern twist.
We want every jar to feel like something special. Honest ingredients. Thoughtful flavor. A sense of home, heritage and creativity in every bite.
